“No artist worked more rapidly than she did, and her pictures had such merit that they sold for higher prices than those of [other] well-known contemporary painters, whose works fill our galleries. - Pliny the Elder (c. 77 A.D.)¹

It is hard to believe that all watercolors shown on this website were done by a single highly successful lifetime working artist—Mary Endico.

When you see the quality and breadth of mastery that Mary has achieved as a result of her diligence creating such a large body of work, you will hardly be surprised to hear that more than 15,000 original Endico paintings have sold worldwide purchased by a varied array of collectors.

On the technical side, Mary's award winning non-objective abstracts are often mistaken for acrylics or oils and have established her as progenitor of the haute conduite  style of watercolor art.

However, whether non-objective abstract, cityscape, seascape, landscape, or floral, each Endico watercolor carries the indelible mark of Mary's imaginative strength and uncompromising skill.

Begin by viewing the list of US cities where Endico paintings currently reside. Also see the selected list of Juried Shows & Awards. You may browse inventory yourself using the online searchable database, or find a painting that you already own by looking up its ID number.

Otherwise, for a quick overview go to the Gallery Lobby. There you will find  selected images of Mary's currently available fine art,  plus paintings already acquired by permanent museum collections or in private collections along with paintings preserved by the artist and displayed in the online archives.
